SAT & ACT prep in Hong Kong — at Victoria Shanghai Academy, and online
Higher Ground Learning has been teaching SAT and ACT prep to students in Hong Kong since 2019 at Victoria Shanghai Academy, and 1-on-1 online, on Hong Kong time.
Our classes are taught live by HGL instructors who know the digital SAT and the Enhanced ACT inside out — not recorded lessons. And when a class isn’t running, or a student wants more, the same instructors work 1-on-1 online: a schedule built around school, sports and family, sessions in Hong Kong’s own time zone, and a tutor matched to the student, not assigned from a list.
Start with a free consultation: tell us about your student and we’ll recommend a class, a tutor, or both.

1-on-1 tutoring for Hong Kong students
Between classes — and for students who want more than a class — HGL tutors work 1-on-1 online, scheduled in Hong Kong time. SAT and ACT prep, PSAT, AP and IB subjects, school coursework, and university application essays. Our dedicated tutors have years of experience and are matched with students based on students' strengths, weaknesses, goals, and personality.
